Cooker/Blancher Unit:
Special heat treatment system with individually controlled cooking chambers. Each chamber is fitted with steam and atomized water injection and circulation for optimal heat transfer.
Flow Chiller :
For continuous cooling, chilling of cooked product from 60ºC to 5ºC The water/brine is pneumatically turbulenced to provide most efficient heat transfer to achieve optimum product quality.
